- When may I tour the Governor’s Mansion? Is there a fee?
You may tour the mansion free of charge year-round.
Public tours, scheduled during the spring months, as well as the first two weeks of December, are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
Year-round tours by appointment are also available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Visitors are encouraged to contact the mansion curator at (850) 922-4991 to reserve a specific appointment. Groups of five or more are encouraged to contact the mansion curator several weeks in advance to schedule a group appointment.

- How long do tours last and what will I see?
During our 30-minute tours, guests visit the six state rooms of the mansion and the outdoor Manatee Courtyard.
- May I schedule a wedding reception, party, meeting or other special event at the Governor’s Mansion?
Only official events hosted by the governor, lieutenant governor or spouse of the governor are held at the mansion. The Executive Office of the Governor approves all mansion events. If you wish to inquire further, please contact the governor’s scheduling office at (850) 410-0501.
- Is the Governor’s Mansion open for tours on weekends or evenings?
The mansion also serves as the private residence of the first family and is therefore not open on the weekends or evenings for public tours.
